COVID 19 UPDATE 3rd APRIL 2020

Further to my update earlier in the week there have been more developments in relation to Tribunal hearings.

The President has now produced an FAQs document. This document states (contrary to what I recommended in my last update to keep on preparing) that all directions in cases to be heard on or before 26th June 2020 are suspended whilst those in cases due to be heard after this date are to remain in effect. Once I have had an opportunity of reviewing the document I will post a further update next week (so long as things do not change again) but in the meantime I have copied the link to the FAQs.
