Practice Overview

Anita practices in the area of Family Law and in particular cases relating to children. Anita’s main area of practice is in Public Law Care Proceedings acting for Parents, Guardians and Local Authorities.

Anita also acts in Private Law Children Act Proceedings and in proceedings relating to domestic violence applications.

Anita undertakes Direct Public Access cases.

Anita’s practice involves working with clients with a wide variety of issues including mental health problems, cognitive issues, drug and alcohol problems and victims of domestic violence and sexual abuse. Anita has recently attended a training course on the representation of vulnerable clients and the treatment of vulnerable witnesses.
