Pallant Chambers are delighted to announce that Nadia Tawfik has been appointed by the Lady Chief Justice as a part-time Deputy District Judge (DDJ) on the Western circuit to preside on family finance and civil cases.
Nadia is a specialist financial remedies and Private Law Children barrister and has for several years been recommended in the Legal 500.
Having had four full time Judicial appointments in the last 4 years (HHJ Earley, HHJ Magee, DJ Emerson and DJ Pain) Nadia is one of three current Pallant barristers who sit as a part-time judges alongside a busy practice here at Pallant.
