Pallant Chambers Business & Employment

Employment work has always been an important component of Chambers’ civil practice with a majority of the team being recommended in the Legal 500. Members of the Team routinely appear in employment tribunals throughout the South and in London representing both employers and employees in claims for TUPE, unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal and discrimination. All of the more senior members have experience of appearing before the EAT and before the Court of Appeal in employment cases.

Contractual disputes in the High Court and county courts are also conducted by our barristers including claims for restraint of trade and breach of confidence. Some members of the Employment Team accept instructions in the field of directors’ disqualification and allied litigation.

CFA arrangements are accepted by most of the Employment Team in appropriate cases.
