| Court of Appeal allow appeal in Rhodes-Hampton v Worthing and Southlands Hospital NHS Trust, [2007] All ER (D) 305 – Charles Taylor acting on behalf of the Appellant.
An anaesthetist failed in his duty to make precautionary arrangements regarding a patient showing signs of post-anaesthetic confusion. A midwife injured by that patient was therefore entitled to damages. |
