Court of Appeal – Rosein Magee acting on behalf of Hampshire CC successfully defended Appeal Re: R (Children) [2007] EWCA Civ 139.

The judge had conducted the necessary balancing exercise when dismissing a grandmother's applications for residence orders relating to three of her grandchildren and continuing interim care orders in relation to them.
