Profile

Neil’s practice encompasses all aspects of family law, with a particular specialism on matrimonial finance.  He acts for a wide range of clients from those involving modest assets to significant wealth. He also has experience of advising and acting for third party Intervenors. Neil also advises and represents clients in Schedule I applications, applications under Part IV Family Law Act 1996 and trusts of land disputes. His practice extends through Hampshire, Sussex, Surrey and London.
