Following a successful career in the City, Marc Living returned to the Bar to pursue a civil practice. Primarily a chancery practitioner, he specialises in insolvency, landlord and tenant, probate and inheritance, but also has considerable experience in intellectual property, company law, partnership law, and employment law.

He moved to Chichester from London in 2003 and has already made a name for himself along the South Coast.
