Dan has an exclusively criminal practice, acting in all Courts for either the CPS or defence in general criminal matters as well as appearing in matters prosecuted by other agencies from the RSPCA to the NHS. He has been appointed to the Attorney General’s List for Government prosecutions.
He has a military background and is happy to accept instructions on behalf of servicemen and women, whether in civilian or military matters.

Dan regularly accepts instructions in cases involving dangerous dogs, where his first-hand experience of dog behaviour and training, along with his veterinary associations stand him in good stead. |
