David di Mambro is a specialist Property and Commercial Law practitioner with a flair for complex and high value disputes.
His property practice includes mortgages, landlord and tenant, easements, party wall disputes, restrictive covenants, contracts for the sale of land and associated professional negligence.
His commercial practice includes commercial contracts (particularly guarantees), construction of contracts (in which he has particular expertise and experience), jurisdictional and applicable law problems, franchising, intellectual property, confidentiality and passing off.
He has extensive experience of fraud and breach of fiduciary duty cases and is regarded as an accomplished and penetrating cross-examiner.
He was recently been briefed to assist Sir Henry Forde Q.C. in a high profile matter in the East Caribbean Court of Appeal in which he successfully conducted the appeal.
He is a Chartered Arbitrator and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is an accredited mediator and is an ideal and well qualified choice to mediate or arbitrate in Property and Commercial matters.
