Pallant Chambers Clinical Negligence

Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence

Acknowledged in the Legal 500 for its personal injury work, Chambers has been described as offering ‘good strength and depth”.

Chambers conducts personal injury and medical negligence cases at every level, from the smallest of road traffic trials to substantial claims for damages for the most serious injuries. Members of the Personal Injury team have vast experience in significant injury litigation particularly including motorcycle and maritime claims, covering such incidents as the Piper Alpha and Herald of Free Enterprise disasters.

We are keenly aware of the Commercial needs of our solicitors with two of our team having extensive experience of large scale claims handling and case management with solicitors practices. Chambers is happy to accept block contract work and will, in appropriate cases, enter into conditional or deferred fee agreements.
