June 2012 – On 25^th June 2012, District Judge Hammond, Mr Neil Maton and Miss Nadia Tawfik presented a seminar to members and guests at the re-launch of Young West Sussex Resolution. The presentation included a discussion on how instructing solicitors and counsel can be fully prepared for an FDR, a valuable insight from the judiciary as to what they look for at an FDR, and finally a presentation of a ‘mock’ FDR. After the presentation members and guests engaged with the panel in a short Q&A session.
