Profile
Chris qualified as solicitor with a leading London firm before joining 11, Stone Buildings, Lincoln’s Inn from where he practised for a number of years specialising in property and business related disputes.
He joined the Civil team at Pallant Chambers in June 2011 following a successful tenure as Legal advisor to an international property development company.
His practice covers a broad range of property and business related disputes including commercial and residential landlord and tenant, mortgages, LVT applications, planning enforcement, service charge and dilapidations claims, contractual disputes and interim remedies. He also undertakes non-contentious drafting of leases and commercial contracts.
