Profile
Mary specialises in all aspects of family finance. She is instructed at all levels from needs based cases to complex ones involving substantial assets including businesses, trusts and pensions.
Mary also has particular expertise on the effect of pre nuptial agreements in determining financial disputes.
Mary practised as a solicitor before joining the bar and, partly as a result of this, she combines an ability to negotiate with skill and resolution as well as being an extremely effective advocate.
